Language preference

When you choose a language, we store the olsaal_language cookie for one year to remember your preference. It is not used for advertising. The language is also identified in each page’s address.

Link measurement

The aggregate counter records exits to Amazon by day, product, button and link label, without identifying visitors or knowing purchases. It is separate from the optional cookie for distinguishing browsers, explained below.

For tagged links we also count the channel and content item using limited categories. Tags stay in the address while navigating the site, without identifying the visitor. When new clicks are recorded, aggregates older than 395 days are deleted.

Management access

The private management area uses a session cookie to authenticate the administrator. The public catalogue requires no sign-in and does not use shopping cart storage.

Browser controls

You can delete this website’s cookies and data in your browser settings. Amazon links open only when you click them; that platform’s cookies are managed there.

Daily audience estimate

We estimate daily how many browser connections visit the shop and click Amazon, without cookies or device storage. We temporarily process the IP address and browser header into statistical counters using a random daily key. We do not store the IP, original header or individual histories, link this estimate to campaigns, cookies or purchases, or send it to Meta or Amazon. Counters remain for 90 days; previous daily keys are deleted when measurements or reports are processed. Without activity, cleanup is pending. Shared connections and network changes can affect estimates. Opt out at /medicion-interna or through DNT/GPC. This limited measurement serves our legitimate interest in understanding our audience; it does not identify people.

Measurement preferences

Campaign arrivals and technical checks

We count page loads from labelled links by day, page and campaign, without a cookie or visitor identifier. Reloads also count. To avoid duplicate requests we use a different random reference for each interaction, without storing it in the browser or reusing it across pages or clicks. It expires in ten minutes and its technical receipt is deleted after 24 hours when measurements are processed or reports consulted. Aggregates are kept for up to 395 days and diagnostics for up to 90 days. Without activity, physical deletion waits for the next operation. We do not share these records with Meta or know Amazon sales.

Optional measurement of distinct browsers

Only with your consent, we use olsaal_analytics_browser, a random first-party cookie lasting 90 days, to distinguish browsers clicking through to Amazon. We store a cryptographic hash of the identifier, day, product, button and link tag, without a name, IP address or device fingerprint. It identifies neither people nor purchases. Detail is limited to the last 90 days and purged when clicks are recorded and reports consulted. The olsaal_analytics_consent cookie remembers your choice for 90 days. You can decline or withdraw consent through Measurement preferences in the footer; the identification cookie and its detail are removed while aggregate counters remain. Clearing cookies or using another browser may count again. This data is not shared with Meta or Amazon.

Visits and performance measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views, referral sources, approximate country, device and public page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or identify unique people. Data may be incomplete if your browser blocks measurement. We do not receive purchases made on Amazon. In the management area you can exclude your browser tests using the preference cookie olsaal_measurement_exclude, valid for one year.

Meta advertising (optional)

We load Meta Pixel on public pages only if you accept optional advertising measurement. Meta receives page and product views and, when you click the link, an AmazonOutbound event with the variant code. This event means a departure to Amazon, never a purchase. Meta may use its cookies and browsing data to measure ads and create audiences under its policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ . We remember your choice for 90 days in olsaal_meta_consent; you may decline or withdraw it in Measurement preferences. Declining does not prevent browsing or buying. Our own measurement and Amazon Attribution are independent of this choice. DNT/GPC and exclusion of internal tests also prevent the pixel from loading.
